It's one of my family's favorite desserts, and it doesn't require much, but it's very delicious. I often bake it when I have some leftover apples at home. It tastes a lot like apple fritters, but it doesn't require any yeast, and it's ready in about 15 minutes.

A simple apple dessert that is delicious both hot and cold. The dough does not need to be fermented, as soon as it is kneaded, sliced, and baked. In addition to the specified amount, you may need a little more flour, this depends on the moisture content of the apples. The dough is good if it is not too sticky and can be easily stretched.
The given quantity will make 16 apple triangles. You can eat them with powdered sugar, or you can add jam to them.
Ingredients:
1 large apple,
300 g flour,
70g sugar,
12 g baking powder,
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
120 g yogurt,
1 egg,
oil for frying.
We like it either way! The best thing about it is that it doesn't soak up any oil at all.
